Seeking an experienced Cyber Security Business Analyst with a deep understanding of cyber security controls, design efficiency, and operating effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, and hands-on experience across vulnerability management, security posture management, and cyber transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, technical engineers, testers, and architects to define and document business and security requirements.
  • Assess and enhance cyber security controls, ensuring alignment with design and operational efficiency standards.
  • Support vulnerability management and security posture improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to cyber security projects through requirements gathering, process development, and operational transition.
  • Map customer journeys and deliver full lifecycle artefacts within an Agile environment.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Cyber Security Project Exposure:
    Minimum 3 years.
  • Vulnerability Management:
    Hands-on experience highly regarded.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    5+ years working with senior stakeholders, engineering, testing, and architecture teams.
  • Core Business Analysis Skills:
    8+ years in requirements elicitation, process development, customer journey mapping, and operational transition.
  • Technical Understanding:
    Minimum 5 years in IT or security-related environments.
  • Agile Methodology:
    Proven experience working in cross-functional squads.
