About the Business
Since 1942, Eriez has been more than a company—it's a catalyst for innovation. Our journey began in the heart of Erie, Pennsylvania, but our impact reverberates across six continents, with our office in Welshpool, WA. It's not just the cutting-edge tech; it's the Eriez spirit. Here's why we're not your average separation technology powerhouse:
- Magnetic Magic: Our magnetic separation tech isn't just science; it's sorcery. We make metals dance, particles align, and impurities vanish
- Metal Detectives: Forget Sherlock Holmes; meet our metal detectives. They sniff out hidden treasures in conveyor belts, recycling streams, and mining pits. CSI: Scrapyard Edition
- Material Maestros: Handling materials isn't a chore; it's an art form
Join the Innovation
As our Aftermarket Service Engineer, you will be at the center of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. You will provide expert technical guidance, support maintenance solutions, and drive aftermarket sales initiatives, making sure Eriez equipment delivers value well beyond the initial purchase.

- Partner with clients to understand performance needs and propose tailored aftermarket solutions, review, negotiate and renew customer contracts
- Establish and execute effective aftermarket sales strategies and programs by cross-selling our products and services to provide after-sales service support

- Build opportunity pipeline, quotes, costings and/or tenders using an ERP system and provide support to our Rep Agents, Resellers and Distributors
- Lead technical presentations, demos, quoting, and issue resolution with professionalism and clarity
- Build enduring relationships that fuel revenue, loyalty, and brand advocacy by visiting customer sites and reviewing spare parts
This role will require you to visit our customer sites as well as provide phone and online support to ensure the best outcome for our customers.
