Step into the world of Stan's Lounge… A little slice of old-world Hong Kong with a modern twist. Sip on handcrafted martinis, enjoy Cantonese-inspired snacks by Chef Louis Tikaram and let the night carry you away.

With a vintage JBL sound system and DJs spinning vinyl, a late-night boogie is practically inevitable. It's not just about the drinks, it's about those moments that linger long after the music fades.

We are currently accepting applications for casual Front of House professionals to join our dynamic team at Stan's Lounge.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greet all guests with a friendly and personable attitude.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of house cocktails and classics
  • Prepare consistent, high-quality beverages with attention to detail.
  • Keep the bar clean and organised at all times.
  • Ensure RSA compliance throughout service.
  • Use correct POS and cash handling procedures.
  • Work effectively within a close-knit team.
