Our Luxury Boat Dealership is seeking a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our top-tier team. Focusing on New and Used Boat Sales, you will be responsible for providing a superior client experience and driving sales growth for our Luxury Marine Brands. This full-time role is based in the Marine Precinct in Coomera, where you will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse client base and showcase our industry-leading vessels.

What you'll be doing


• Actively engage with clients, understand their needs, and matching them with the perfect vessel from our extensive range


• Deliver exceptional sales service, from initial contact to final delivery and aftersales service.


• Maintain expert product knowledge to provide accurate and detailed information to clients


• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge


• Build strong relationships with current & new client bases

What we're looking for

· Proven track record of success in a luxury sales or client-facing roles,

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

· Thorough understanding of the marine market, including product features, pricing, and industry trends

· Driven, ambitious, and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service

· Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close sales.
