**THE ROLE**

This role will monitor and report on our warehouse inventory levels. You will be responsible for developing inventory tracking systems, reviewing levels of supplies and performing a daily analysis based on warehouse activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurate and efficient receipting of inbound stock from supplier’s into warehouse.
- Coordination of outbound stock
- Record and investigate any discrepancies of inbound receipts
- Mark invoices as complete and submit invoices for review by the purchasing team.
- Advise any necessary adjustments of stock as advised by the operational team based on invoice review.
- In consultation with Warehouse Leadership team, manage locations within the warehouse to ensure best and most efficient movement to and from the warehouse.
- Manage the onboarding process for new products creating new locations and removing any obsolete stock.
- Proposes strategies to improve inventory functions within the warehouse.
- Assist the team with any inventory related issues, short supply, product damage or expiry related.Responsible for stock storage and rotation and support with shelf stock replenishment
