We're a small, growing pool and spa construction company looking for a reliable, hard-working team member to join our crew.

If you've got some experience in construction or pools, enjoy physical work, and want consistent work with a good team, this could be a great fit.

Day-to-day you'll be helping with:

Pool plumbing and steel fixing

  • General labouring – digging, trenching, site clean-up
  • Learn to use an excavator
  • Setting out sites and helping with excavation/concrete works
  • Using tools and equipment safely
  • Installing pool gear and automated systems
  • Pool water testing/servicing
  • Cleaning and finishing new pools
  • Keeping site progress logged on an app/device

What we need from you:

  • A current Victorian driver's licence and your own transport to our Northcote warehouse
  • Someone reliable, punctual and honest
  • Happy to travel to Geelong region from time to time
  • Happy to do physical, outdoor work
  • Willing to listen, learn and work as part of a team
  • Pool or construction experience is a bonus, but not essential
