About the Role:

This is an ongoing casual opportunity offering 15-20 hours per week. Availability across the operating hours of 7am - 8:30pm through the week are essential, including weekends. Accessible location with public transport right on your doorstep

As a customer service representative, you will be a point of contact for local and international travellers looking to journey interstate through the public train system. You will guide customers in the right direction to ensure that they complete their journey as seamlessly as possible.

Our hub provides a face-to-face environment, allowing travellers to access information through our representatives. We strive to create a seamless experience for all travellers through our knowledge of the system, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer Queries
  • Complete ticket bookings
  • Handle Eftpos Transactions
  • Light administration duties

Why you'd be successful:

  • High level of customer service experience
  • Intermediate administration skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Excellent communicative ability
  • Prior experience with booking or ticketing systems
  • Prior experience in the transport sector
