Our client operates one of the busiest and most successful retail stores in Northwood. The store runs at a high volume, with a buzzing team culture and multiple career pathways for ambitious managers.

  • A fast-paced, high-volume retail environment

What will you be doing?

You'll be hands-on, leading your shift and making sure the store runs like clockwork across different peak trading periods. From the morning rush to evening demand, you'll be managing people, pace and standards.

  • Oversee daily store operations across key trading periods
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of casuals and shift supervisors
  • Support the Store Manager with training and development
  • Deliver exceptional service in a fast-moving environment
  • Keep the team energised, engaged, and focused on results

Who are you?

You're not from a slow retail environment - you're from grocery, FMCG, hospitality, or big-box retail. You understand pace, volume, and people management, and you know how to get the best out of your team.

  • 3-5 years' management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to lead large, young and diverse teams
  • A natural multitasker who thrives under pressure
  • Organised, hands-on and comfortable rolling up your sleeves
  • Confident communicator who keeps teams motivated and customers happy
  • Able to work a combination of mornings, nights & weekend shifts
