We are thrilled to welcome an experienced leader to new Penrith store As the ASM you will provide authentic customer connections and work in partnership with your Store Manager to drive a successful business. You will train the team to become passionate & experienced stylists, exceed KPI targets and work together to achieve incredible results.

The ASM will:

- Drive an exceptional & inclusive customer experience journey in every interaction
- Inspire those they encounter through leading by example
- Work with the SM to identify areas of opportunity in-store and with the team
- Drive & manage KPIS daily
- Support in coaching & developing your team consistently to foster their development
- Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets and budgets
- Support with stock, operations and VM
- Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop + influence others
- Be a SHEIKE brand ambassador every day

Ideal Experience:

- Minimum 1+yrs experience in fashion retail as a manager
- Positive attitude & willingness to grow & work in partnership with an SM
- Exceptional customer service & styling skills
- Driven budgets + achieved exceptional sales results
- Strong understanding of KPIS and their impact on the business
- Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business
- The ability to drive a positive culture & one team environment
- Self-motivated & strong communicator
