As the Manager - Professional Indemnity Claims, this role will see you lead a team managing a portfolio of professional indemnity claims delivering exceptional customer experiences. Youll oversee workflow, coach and develop your team, and provide technical guidance on complex matters. With a strong focus on strategic claims and financial risk management, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping performance and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders. This is a permanent full-time role based in Naarm (Melbourne) or Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).
What You'll Do
Lead and coach a team managing complex professional indemnity claims to achieve service and financial targets Monitor workflow and team performance ensuring service excellence and proactive issue resolution Provide technical guidance and act as the first point of escalation for complex or litigated claims Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support business objectives Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support business objectives
What You'll Bring
Experience managing complex professional indemnity claims and delivering service excellence Strong leadership capability with a passion for coaching and developing people Technical expertise in claims including litigation support Ability to manage workflow and meet performance targets in a dynamic environment Solid understanding of financial metrics and reporting requirements
