Are you ready to take the lead in managing and transforming our Regional and Interstate Partner Network? We are seeking a passionate and experienced Network Partner Managerwho will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and overseeing our Partner network to drive a seamless delivery performance.
About the Opportunity:
The successful candidate will perform the duties including, but not limited to:
Provide commercial analysis and support, monitor financial performance and make strategic recommendations.
Lead and optimize commercial processes, manage Network Partner relationships and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify and convert new opportunities.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Stay informed about market trends and industry developments.
Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses and ensure financial targets are met.
About You:
Minimum 3 years experience in managing agents/contractors in the road freight market
Experience in transport, logistics or warehousing is preferred
Strong negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and IT applications.
Excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills.
Capable of working independently and maintaining high accuracy across all functions.
