About the role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Fabricator to join our team at MPW PERFORMANCE AND RACE FAB' in Keysborough, VIC. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for the fabrication and custom modification of high-performance automotive parts and components.

What you'll be doing

  • Fabricating and modifying automotive parts and components to custom specifications
  • Performing welding, cutting, and other metal fabrication techniques
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics
  • Collaborating with the design and engineering teams to bring concepts to life
  • Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
  • Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automotive Fabricator or in a similar role
  • Proficient in MIG, TIG, and other welding techniques
  • Skilled in the use of fabrication tools and equipment, such as lathes, mills, and plasma cutters
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
  • Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
  • Passion for high-performance automotive engineering
