We are currently seeking a skilled **Metal Fabricator** to join our team. This role involves safely and accurately manufacturing welding jigs and fixtures to support our production processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manufacture welding jigs and fixtures to meet production requirements.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Select, clean, and prepare metal stock for fabrication.
- Cut, shape, and bend metal sections using hand tools, machines, and heat treatments.
- Assemble and join metal parts using welding, bolting, and riveting techniques.
- Inspect welds for precision and quality, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Finish products by cleaning, polishing, and treating surfaces as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Achieve daily production targets and resolve manufacturing issues in collaboration with the Manufacturing Engineer.
- Participate in team-based continuous improvement activities.
- Train team members on standardized processes where appropriate.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on equipment.
- Use material handling equipment safely and effectively.
- Design and manufacture jigs using MIG welding techniques.
- Inspect and sign off on jigs for quality and production standards.
- Service and repair existing jigs as necessary.

- Proven experience in metal fabrication and jig making.
- Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Competence in using welding techniques, hand tools, and machinery.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
