About the Role

Based at our Archerfield office, you'll play a key role in keeping our fleet moving and our customers smiling.

You'll be responsible for the timely allocation of work to our owner-drivers, working closely with the Operations Manager and Customer Service team to ensure smooth communication and quick problem-solving. You'll be at the heart of the action — balancing efficiency, safety, and great service using our modern dispatch system and driver PDAs.

What You'll Bring

You're not just experienced — you're sharp, proactive, and thrive when things get busy.


• Ideally, a background as a Fleet Controller / Dispatcher, or at least 5+ years' experience in Brisbane metro allocations — but if you've got the skills and the drive, we're open to hearing from you


• A strong understanding of Southeast Queensland geography


• Experience managing fleets from 1-tonne vans through to semi-trailers


• Great knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (COR)


• A people-first mindset with empathy for drivers and customers alike


• A reputation for staying cool under pressure and finding smart solutions fast


• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills


• A positive, "let's get it done" attitude that sets the tone for those around you
