About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our Sydney team on a minimum 6-month contract, based at our George Street office.

You'll play a key role in developing and implementing marketing initiatives that build our brand, attract new patients, and engage our existing community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Create engaging marketing content for digital, social, and print platforms
  • Manage design resources to develop creative assets
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Manage website and social media content updates
  • Develop email and SMS marketing campaigns, including content, segmentation, and performance tracking
  • Assist in organising events, conferences, and sponsorship activities
  • Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and suppliers
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and assist with team planning and reporting

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years' experience in a marketing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in HubSpot CRM and digital marketing tools (social media, Google Ads, email marketing)
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Creative thinker with a proactive attitude

Desirable:

  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of graphic design and printing processes
