About The Role

As the Personal Assistant to the Director, you will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the Director's daily operations run efficiently and smoothly. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role that will suit a highly organised individual who thrives in a dynamic professional setting.

You will also collaborate with our wider administrative and client service teams, contributing to a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Role Responsibilities will include but not limited to -

  • Manage the Director's calendar, emails, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Provide a full range of secretarial and administrative duties to a high standard
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Prepare high-quality reports, correspondence, and presentation materials
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders
  • Promote and represent Prosperity Advisers with professionalism, efficiency, and client focus
  • Support wider team initiatives and contribute to a strong workplace culture

What you'll bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in secretarial and/or administrative fields
  • Experience as a Personal Assistant at executive level, ideally in a professional services environment
  • Proven ability to take initiative, prioritise tasks, and work autonomously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A professional, courteous manner and a client-first approach
