Are you a people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment? We're on the lookout for a Weekend Manager to join our friendly and hardworking team at the award-winning Margaret River Mitre 10.

In this role, you will support the General Manager from Thursday to Friday in delivering a seamless customer and team experience, and take the lead as the store's manager on Saturdays and Sundays—our busiest trading days.

This hands-on position involves helping to coordinate the day-to-day running of the store from Thursday to Monday, working closely with the leadership team to provide excellent customer service, maintain stock and merchandising standards, and support the development of our weekend team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the General Manager with daily operations during the week
  • Taking full responsibility for managing the store on weekends
  • Leading and motivating our weekend team
  • Delivering exceptional service to trade and retail customers
  • Managing store opening/closing and daily cash procedures
  • Overseeing stock levels, merchandising, and order accuracy
  • Supporting team training, safety compliance, and day-to-day operations

What You'll Bring:

  • Leadership or supervisory experience (hardware or building industry a plus)
  • Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach
  • Customer-first mindset and problem-solving attitude
  • Confidence using POS, email, and quoting systems
  • Forklift Licence (LF) is advantageous—or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to safely lift and handle stock
