The Role

This newly created Project Director role will be pivotal in leading our next phase of growth. Working closely with the QLD leadership team, you will:

  • Lead and mentor project teams across a portfolio of fitout and refurbishment projects
  • Oversee the safe, profitable and high-quality delivery of significant and complex work
  • Partner on tender strategy, bid submissions and client engagement to support project wins your team/s will deliver
  • Strengthen delivery governance, commercial performance and team capability
  • Play a key role in shaping culture, talent development and operational excellence
  • Become a trusted senior leader within a growing business

About you

You're a natural leader: supportive, commercially astute, and known for bringing out the best in people. You'll bring:

  • 10+ years' experience in Project Management (fitout or refurbishment preferred)
  • Strong financial acumen and commercial judgement
  • Proven ability to build high-performing teams and strong client relationships
  • Confidence leading tender strategy, design management and buildability
  • A building-related qualification or trade background
  • A genuine commitment to safety, quality and risk leadership
