About the Role

Full Time or Part Time - Hybrid Role

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Corporate Employee Benefits Consultant to join our team. You will be required to work Full-Time or Part-Time in the Sydney Head Office OR Melbourne Office, during the operating hours of Mon-Fri (8:30am-5pm). The role is hybrid meaning you will have flexibility to Work From Home (WFH) or Work In Office (WIF) in line with our PSK WFH Policy.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate superannuation and group risk clients. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional service in line with the PSK Client Service Model and outsourced service agreements.

Your work day will compose of the following tasks & responsibilities, such as;

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employer clients and their employees.
  • Coordinate and deliver member engagement activities across your allocated portfolio.
  • Identify and implement tailored employee benefit solutions that align with each client's business needs.
  • Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of corporate superannuation, group risk and Employee Benefits programs.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction to support retention and growth of revenue.
  • Generate private client opportunities through effective member engagement, contributing to PSK Private Wealth targets.

About You

  • Proven experience in corporate superannuation, group insurance, or employee benefits consulting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to understand complex client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet service delivery standards.
  • RG146 compliant (or working towards), with a sound understanding of superannuation and financial services.
