Protect our customers and maintain regulator trust as you monitor accounts, transactions, and customer behaviour, while managing KYC refreshes, remediation projects, and sanctions. Your work ensures our compliance processes are efficient, transparent, and seamless, delivering a trusted, best-practice experience that consistently exceeds regulatory expectations.

A Day in the Life:

- Analyse customer transactions for potential money laundering or terrorist financing.
- Assess customer risk ratings and conduct ongoing due diligence.
- Perform enhanced due diligence using research and stakeholder engagement.
- Review and action sanctions alerts, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Submit Suspicious Matter Reports (SMRs) and other regulatory reports.
- Collaborate with Risk, Trading, and Client Services teams on AML compliance.
Your Strengths:
- Strong understanding of KYC, sanctions, and transaction monitoring processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effectively manage time and prioritise competing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Document investigations clearly, and provide well-supported recommendations.
- Collaborative and motivated, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
