This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a high-profile client whilst managing complex financial reporting across multiple industrial properties.An overview of the role:  Financial Management & Reporting:·       Direct and manage delivery of management and financial reports to property owners·       Process monthly reporting including general ledger reviews, GST compliance, and corporate reporting requirements·       Coordinate quarterly Asset Planning processes with management teams·       Prepare annual budgets and forecasts for both property owners and JLL·       Manage outgoings estimates, wash-ups, and tenant reconciliationsDaily Operations:·       Review account coding and authorise accounts payable batches·       Update MRI accounting system and provide end-of-month reports to Property Managers·       Monitor actual expenditure against budgets to ensure properties operate within owner-approved constraints·       Support weekly owner distributions and cash transfer reporting·       Respond to external auditor and client queries in a timely mannerStrategic Support:·       Assist with valuation brief preparation for independent valuers·       Support half-yearly reporting requirements including balance sheet reconciliations and IFRS compliance·       Collaborate on special projects as requested by Head Office·       Educate and mentor team members on financial matters including accrual accountingSound like you?  This is what we're looking for: ·       Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field·       Minimum 5 years' experience in financial reporting within property management, real estate, or related industry·       Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel·       Demonstrated ability to prioritise work and manage multiple deadlines·       Excellent communication skills across all organisational levels·       Previous exposure to industrial property portfoliosBenefits:·       Great employee discounts off fitness, wellbeing & other renowned bands· weeks paid maternity leave ·       Private Health Insurance Discounts·       Active Social Club·       Employee assistant program·       Novated Lease for EV cars·       Paid time off for volunteer work·       Career Opportunities with Australia's #1 Commercial Real Estate firm·       Premium officesWhat you can expect from us:  You'll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
