In the past 3 months our Allied Health Team has grown rapidly from 8 to 18 with another 4 due to join us by the end of October. We provide person-centred and holistic support services tailored to assist participants in living safely and comfortably at home by building capacity and giving them choice and control.

What we are looking for

  • At least 2 years experience in the field and full registration with AHPRA
  • Experience in CHSP or NDIS
  • Experience with outcome measures: DEMMI, PMS, TUG, 6mwt, VAS
  • Experience in delivering services to geriatric and adult patients
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Aged Care experience preferred but not a necessity
  • COVID-19 vaccinations (2 doses minimum).

What we offer

  • Salary range $87,000-$110,000, dependent on experience + Super
  • In house Supervision provided by our Snr Physiotherapist ( with 10 years' experience)
  • 67% KPI case load
