In the past 3 months our Allied Health Team has grown rapidly from 8 to 18 with another 4 due to join us by the end of October. We provide person-centred and holistic support services tailored to assist participants in living safely and comfortably at home by building capacity and giving them choice and control.
What we are looking for
- At least 2 years experience in the field and full registration with AHPRA
- Experience in CHSP or NDIS
- Experience with outcome measures: DEMMI, PMS, TUG, 6mwt, VAS
- Experience in delivering services to geriatric and adult patients
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Aged Care experience preferred but not a necessity
- COVID-19 vaccinations (2 doses minimum).
What we offer
- Salary range $87,000-$110,000, dependent on experience + Super
- In house Supervision provided by our Snr Physiotherapist ( with 10 years' experience)
- 67% KPI case load
- Paid above award salary
- Travel to clients within the local area only
