What your day will look like….
In this role, you'll manage the flow of correspondence, ensuring all tasks related to the digital dictation system are efficiently handled. You'll provide vital support to users, resolving system issues and collaborating with clinical staff to optimize system performance. Additionally, you'll conduct training sessions to help users maximize the system's capabilities. Your efforts will foster a motivated and productive work environment, embodying the values of Darling Downs Health.
