In Melbourne, we're a small, hardworking, and friendly team delivering world-class service to our members every day across two CBD locations.

The Role

  • Lead from the front at reception, greeting clients and guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Oversee day-to-day centre operations including calls, emails, mail handling, meeting room coordination, and lounge/café service

  • Manage a small front-line team, including:

  • Creating and maintaining team rosters

  • Conducting regular one-to-one check-ins

  • Providing feedback and support for team members

  • Ensure our facilities are polished, professional, and always ready for client use

  • Support the creation and execution of community events that connect and engage our members
  • Work closely with senior management to uphold TEC's premium service standards
  • IT support (basic)
  • Facility Management support

What We're Looking For

  • Background in flexible workspace (preferred but not essential), corporate hospitality, retail or high-end service environments
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience with small teams
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Polished communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional presentation with a friendly, approachable manner
  • Tech savvy (Microsoft Office proficiency essential)
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
