Our Wealth Advisory team has grown over 20% year-on-year for the past four years, and we're now looking for a passionate and driven Associate Advisor to join our dynamic team.
You'll be working with a group of high-performing professionals renowned for delivering fee-only, client-centric advice. Operating under our own license, we partner closely with successful business owners, senior executives, and ultra-high-net-worth families to deliver sophisticated, personalised strategies that go far beyond investment advice.
What your day might look like:
Attending and contributing to client meetings Co-leading client relationships with a Senior AdvisorSupporting Partners and Senior Advisors to develop high-level, tailored advice strategiesConducting investment research, analysis, and portfolio managementDeveloping complex financial strategies across wealth accumulation, restructuring, estate planning, and moreAssisting with the preparation of review documents and implementing recommendationsHandling client queries and collaborating with other professionals to deliver outstanding resultsWhat sets us apart:
A clear, supported career pathway to becoming an AdvisorFull support through your Professional YearA collaborative, advice-first culture — not sales-focusedWork with UHNW family office groups, business owners, executives, as well as asset consulting/portfolio management for institutional investorsA proven track record of developing high-calibre AdvisorsExtensive in-house training in investments, tax, complex structures (Trusts, Companies, Partnerships), asset protection, and the soft skills needed to advise —without sellingHolistic advice that includes wealth creation, tax minimisation, superannuation (including SMSF), debt management, and asset protection strategiesWhat makes you 'just right':
A degree in Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline (preferred)2+ years of experience in financial planning/advice, superannuation consulting, technical roles, or accountingA strong desire to learn and grow — we'll invest heavily in your development, and we hope you will tooExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilitiesProficiency in Excel and WordA collaborative, personable team player who enjoys what they do and wants to build a long-term career with us.Some of our William Buck benefits:Flexible working to help you balance work and personal responsibilities.Career enhancement and development opportunities.
