Interested in joining our team? Come and see what makes Skillset Senior College (SSC) 'school… but not as you know it' at our
Open Day
on
Tuesday, 14 October from 4–6pm.
Meet our staff, hear about their experiences and learn how we do things differently to support our young people. This is a great chance to explore our approach, ask questions and see first-hand why SSC is such a rewarding place to teach.
Skillset Senior College is an innovative, independent senior school for students in Years 10-12, with campuses in Bathurst and Dubbo. Our mission is to partner with young people who may be experiencing barriers to their education and to support them to complete their secondary schooling.
At SSC, our philosophy of engagement through relationships shapes every part of the school experience. In our small, inclusive environment, students are supported by caring staff and welcomed into a community where connection and belonging come first. This approach has transformed the school journey for a growing number of young people across the Central West. Together, we are reimagining what school can look like and making a real difference in young people's lives.
