RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting with the management of a residential portfolio
  • Supporting communication with landlords and tenants
  • Conducting regular routine inspections
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Assisting with vacate inspections and open homes

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in property management
  • Minimum 1-2 years of property management experience required
  • Residential property management experience specifically required
  • Excellent time management, team work and organisational skills
  • A valid driver's license and a Certificate of Registration (essential)
  • Certificate of Registration must be held at time of application

Role includes use of a company car during work hours.

No weekend work required - Monday to Friday.

Servicing investment properties throughout Algester, Calamvale, Parkinson and surrounding nearby areas in both Brisbane / Logan City Councils.
