The Relationship Manager is responsible for client-facing engagement and end-to-end workforce placement services across SA Local Health Networks (LHN). The role manages job opportunity intake, liaises directly with health clients, sources and places appropriate candidates to ensure all pre-commencement requirements are fulfilled. This position plays a pivotal role in the growth and reputation of our SA nursing workforce business.

Our company provides specialised clinical workforce services and healthcare workforce support to government health departments across SA. Our culture is driven by quality service, collaboration and responsiveness to client needs. This role operates within a fast-paced environment with limited supervision and is vital to maintaining and growing key client relationships in SA.

Professional

  • Manage relationships with SA Local Health Networks (LHN) acting as a key point of contact

  • Receive, scope and enter job opportunities into the CRM or workforce management system

  • Source and match qualified nurses to meet the specific requirements of each client

  • Ensure full understanding of client expectations, rosters and compliance requirements

  • Track report on placement success rates and opportunities

Placement Logistics

  • Ensure all required logistics e.g., training, site onboarding, uniforms, name tags are completed

  • Provide Letters of Offer and required pre-employment documentation

  • Confirm bookings and candidate readiness with the client

  • Maintain oversight of any adjustments, extensions, or assignment changes

Documentation & CRM

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM

  • Ensure documentation is complete for audit and reporting purposes

  • Follow up on candidate pack submission status and client confirmations

Communication

  • Act as the client-facing representative for the SA health workforce

  • Respond to client queries, provide updates and manage feedback

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding

  • Collaborate with marketing and reporting for visibility

People & Culture

  • Act in accordance with organisational values and client service standards

  • Provide high service levels to internal and external stakeholders

  • Contribute to a culture of improvement, responsiveness, and accountability
