About the Role

We're on the hunt for a Senior Electrical Estimator to join our Pre-Contracts team in Perth HQ.

If you're already an experienced estimator or someone ready to take the next step up into a senior role this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.

You'll work alongside a supportive and high-performing team, taking tenders from concept through to submission. Think strategy, problem-solving, value engineering, and helping us put our best foot forward on high-value projects.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and support bids from start to finish keeping timelines sharp and quality first-rate.
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Identify smart value-engineering options to make bids stand out.
  • Mentor junior estimators and share your knowledge.
  • Develop tender strategies and manage all deliverables through to submission.
  • Keep an eye on project risks and ensure they're properly accounted for.
  • Support the Pre-Contracts and Commercial Managers in post-tender negotiations.

What you'll bring:

  • A degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering (or similar).
  • Around 3+ years' estimating experience — ideally in EPC or large-scale electrical environments.
  • Confidence working with estimating software (Pronamics Expert or similar).
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen, with the ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
  • Bonus points if you've worked on renewables or substation projects.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach - and a good sense of humour doesn't hurt either.
