Ready Resources, a leader in plant maintenance, asset management, and workforce solutions across Australia's resources, energy, and infrastructure sectors, is seeking an experienced and motivated Mobilisation Officer to join our growing team for an immediate start.

In this pivotal role, you will manage end-to-end mobilisations to mine sites across Australia and local projects for our top-tier clients. Working within the mobilisation team, this position is ideal for candidates with proven mobilisation experience or strong industry knowledge.

This is a 5-month contract with a strong possibility of extension or permanency for the right candidate. While office-based, we value work-life balance and offer flexible working hours, with both full-time and part-time options considered.  Occasional weekend phone and email coverage will be required on a rotating roster with other team members.

About the Role

  • Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation processes for both local and site-specific requirements across multiple projects.
  • Manage flight and accommodation bookings with accurate and timely confirmations.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure all mobilisation requirements are met in line with site and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of mobilisation activities and documentation.
  • Support roster management, schedule changes, and last-minute mobilisation requests in a fast-paced environment.

About You

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end mine site mobilisations for top-tier mining clients.
  • Strong knowledge of site access requirements, including inductions, medicals, and compliance processes.
  • Skilled in roster coordination and adapting to scheduling changes and monitoring of fatigue management for site employees.
  • High attention to detail with strong record-keeping, and compliance tracking skills.
  • Clear and professional communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and mobilisation systems (e.g., Pegasus, site specific portals).
  • Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Practical, solutions-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
