As Head of Planning, you'll sit at the centre of strategy, data and design driving the financial rhythm that fuels innovation and profitability. You'll lead a passionate team, guiding them to plan, trade and deliver collections that resonate with women across continents.

This role demands more than strong numbers; it calls for intuition an ability to read the rhythm of the market, interpret the mood of the customer, and translate both into commercially powerful outcomes. You'll partner closely with Buying, Design, Retail, and International teams to bring clarity, discipline and foresight to every planning decision from seasonal budgets to space, range and stock optimisation.

Your leadership will define how the business plans: inspiring simplicity, agility and accountability. You'll mentor your team to think creatively but trade smartly; to act with pace but plan with purpose. It's about setting the tone for a department that not only meets its budgets but leads the business in insight and commercial excellence.

We're seeking a senior planning leader likely from within fashion and apparel who combines analytical sharpness with emotional intelligence, strategic confidence with humility, and commercial control with a deep respect for creativity.
