As the largest independent payment solution providers, we've set the standard for over 50 years. Now, we're preparing to pioneer the next 50.

We are looking for a highly analytical Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Strategy team.

Working with Senior Manager and Head of Strategy, the Senior Analyst is pivotal in helping shape the strategic direction of the business by delivering insights, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting data led decision-making. This is a highly visible role across the organisation, where you will work closely with senior leaders across the business to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive long-term value.

  • Support the annual strategic planning and governance cycle including tracking key performance metrics across teams and functions

2) Partnerships and M&A

  • Conduct detailed research and prepare reports on potential opportunities

  • Support the development of both quantitative and qualitative market intelligence, including benchmarking, competitive landscape analysis, modelling, and scenario planning

  • Assist the team to investigate ad-hoc internal and external business opportunities and risks identified in research or raised by Executive and Senior Leaders

3) Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop executive-level presentations and reports that clearly communicate insights and recommendations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver strategic projects that align with business priorities

  • Facilitate workshops to generate insights and align stakeholders

About You

To be successful in this position you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field

  • Demonstrated experience in strategy execution, with a solid foundation in structured problem-solving and executive-level engagement.

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills and a proven ability to distil complex data sets into clear, actionable insights

  • Advanced computer literacy; competent in Microsoft Office and especially strong in Microsoft PowerPoint and data visualisation (Power BI and experience with other analytical tools and software desirable)

  • Proven track record of leading or contributing to high-impact strategic projects in fast-paced, cross-functional settings

What's it like to work here?
