What You'll Do

  • Lead with Impact

: Inspire and manage a team of Account Managers and Directors to deliver exceptional client outcomes, ensuring process adherence and clear communication.
- Drive Operational Excellence

: Oversee Operations and Sourcing teams to deliver world-class service for your region's clients.
- Build Strategic Partnerships

: Collaborate with Technology, Product, and Accounting teams to prioritize client needs and resolve challenges efficiently.
- Cultivate Client Relationships

: Develop and nurture strong, lasting connections with stakeholders at all levels to drive satisfaction and growth.
- Spearhead Client Initiatives

: Manage multiple client projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Champion Growth

: Coach team members, identify training opportunities, manage promotions, and drive performance through regular feedback and goal-setting.
- Maximize Client Success

: Lead account management strategies, including renewals, retention, upselling, and cross-selling to strengthen client partnerships.
- Leverage Technology

: Stay ahead of the curve by aligning client needs with our cutting-edge API technology platforms.
- Report to Leadership

: Provide executive insights on client performance, risks, and strategic opportunities to senior leadership.
- Foster Alignment

: Lead weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions to ensure cohesion across airline accounts.

Who You Are

  • A seasoned leader with
    10+ years

in Account Management, Client Services, or similar roles, including
5+ years in senior leadership

within the
travel industry

(hotel experience is essential).
- Holder of a
Bachelor's degree

in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- A strategic thinker with proven success in high-paced, goal-oriented environments and deep expertise in implementation and operations.
- A master communicator with exceptional
client-facing
