About the role
- Working with Fujitsu supporting client project work in Perth CBD
- Office based role Monday to Friday
- 38 Hours per week
We are seeking an exceptional Communications and Change Analyst to support project delivery within Emergency Services provider. Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders, this role plays a critical part in driving stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective change adoption, and delivering clear, targeted communications across multiple projects.
About you
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Undertake the investigation, collation, analysis, and evaluation of communications and change management issues to identify relevant factors and initiatives and provide recommendations for consideration and further action.
- Support the development of the stakeholder analysis and communications plans, ensuring stakeholder levels of engagement and influence are mapped, tracked, and managed.
- Provide support to translate systems and project terminology into language that stakeholders can understand and relate to.
- Provide support fit-for-purpose communications to ensure alignment with communications guidelines and alignment with the division and project strategy and vision.
- Provision of reports and other formal processes to meet compliance requirements of the Agency in relation to change management.
- Prepare briefing packs with relevant information for up-skilling stakeholders/end users on key changes and impacts of the Digital transformation, the as-is and to-be state and other relevant information.
- Assist in building awareness of projects and initiatives throughout the organisation
- Support and deliver effective Communications plans with alignment to Change Management activities and associated documentation. Associated documentation includes (but is not limited to): Information and Communications Plans; Internal news articles and Presentations etc.
- Create and maintain relevant business communications and change management databases.
Requirements:
- A degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Change Management or related field (or demonstrable workplace experience).
- 5+ years Communications experience in medium to large projects.
- Demonstrated experience with application of business Communications and Change Management activities.
- Demonstrated experience in working with Senior Management and stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in Government / public sector environments.
- Proven project communications working collaboratively and efficiently across various teams.
- Solid understanding of communication and change management principles and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience working in technology environments across Communications, Stakeholder engagement and Change impact analysis and support.
- Solid understanding of communication and change management principles and best practices.
Desirables
- Certifications in communications and digital services.
- Certifications in change management e.g. Prosci ADKAR. or related field.
- Experience in an Emergency Services, or Command and Control operational environments
