Their platforms support real estate professionals in multiple regions, helping connect buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords through powerful, data-driven tools. In Australia, their product suite is widely adopted by top agencies and is designed to meet the unique demands of the local market across sales, property management, client relations, and analytics.
The Role
Reporting to the Squad Lead, you'll be a key contributor in building a new global consumer portal for the UK and Australian markets. This is a true greenfield project using .NET C# and React, where you'll translate product requirements into technical solutions while contributing hands-on across development, documentation, testing and deployment.
The work involves building a consumer-facing portal for tenants and lenders. You will take existing applications in this space and build a brand-new front end solution on top of an existing backend API gateway in .Net. You'll also be responsible for localising the application and preparing it for deployment into the UK market using AWS. Ideally, you'll be a back end genius with some front end expertise that you'll be willing to upskill.
You will join a large project team that operates in a transactional environment and consists of a product owner, designer, QA, two local development squads, and an additional development squad based in the UK.
This is a true greenfield project, offering the opportunity to redefine ways of working and incorporate insights from the AI engineering squad and the infrastructure team.
This role would suit someone at Senior/Principal Level who knows how to develop technical solutions and scale large projects with high traffic.
Skills
- 7+ years' commercial experience with C# .NET.
- 3+ years' commercial experience with modern front-end frameworks (React preferred; or Blazor).
- Experience delivering UX/UI with accessibility-first principles.
- Solid understanding of SOLID principles and modern software design practices.
- Strong understanding of Web APIs and REST best practices.
- Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and GitHub.
- Elasticsearch – or similar
Desirable
- Experience in B2B or CRM software development.
- Background in industries such as real estate, energy, or utilities.
