About Treasury Corporation of Victoria
Treasury Corporation of Victoria (TCV) is the central financial institution for the State of Victoria. Guided by its mission to raise capital and manage risk, TCV works to strengthen financial stability and resilience across the public sector for the benefit of the State, its clients and the broader Victorian community.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Strategy and Projects will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
The role drives strategic alignment, organisational uplift and is responsible for the execution of key initiatives that enhance TCV's performance and support the delivery of its strategy. Working holistically across TCV's divisions, you will lead strategic planning, manage enterprise improvement projects, oversee the pipeline and governance of key initiatives, and drive collaboration and accountability. You will work closely with each business unit and the ELT to gain buy-in from key stakeholders to deliver projects and changes that support TCV's strategic goals.

· Lead the development of reports and publications relevant to the organisation's strategic performance and plans;
· Drive the execution of strategic and improvement initiatives that align with TCV's mission and purpose;
· Support stakeholders and teams to understand the rationale for organisational changes and project uplift through the delivery of change and communications plans;
· Facilitate collaboration and communication across business units to ensure strategic alignment and follow-through;
· Drive innovation and foster creative thinking across the organisation to uplift ways of working;
· Manage internal and external stakeholder engagement, including government, clients and suppliers;
· Prepare high-impact briefings, board materials and communications for executive and stakeholder audiences.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
We're seeking an accomplished professional who combines strategic acumen, exceptional communication skills, and strong project and transformation execution capabilities:
· Proven success working with senior executives in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment;
· Experience leading strategic initiatives and organisational improvement programs;
· High levels of judgement, proactivity, integrity, and accountability;
· Ability to build strong, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders
· Experience managing different priorities and agendas, including modifying plans and realigning timelines when changes arise;
· Strong understanding of corporate governance and deep skills in change management, planning and communications;
· Relevant tertiary qualifications.
You'll be recognised for your ability to bring structure, clarity and impact to executive decision-making, and to influence outcomes across a broad network of stakeholders.
Why Join TCV
This is a rare opportunity to contribute to an organisation that supports the financial resilience and growth of the State of Victoria and delivers services and projects that benefit our community.
You will work closely with an engaged CEO and leadership team, gain exposure across financial markets and public policy, and play a key role in shaping the next phase of TCV's strategic agenda.
