Position Summary
As the Power Automate Developer, you will undertake application troubleshooting and provide support for enterprise business applications built on the Power Platform. You will be able to work independently to understand, analyse and resolve support as well as providing advice on process improvements leveraging Power Automate. Your initiative-taking engagement with business and technology teams will be critical in recommending and implementing solutions and enhancing business processes.

Role And Responsibilities

  • Developing and supporting custom workflows using the Microsoft Power Automate platform desktop flows
  • Designing, creating, and maintaining cloud and desktop flows, actions, and triggers.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation to support the development of automated solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving workflow issues
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and automate manual tasks.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and identify solutions.
  • Developing and executing tests to ensure the accuracy and reliability of automated solutions.
  • Collaborating with developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of automated solutions.
  • Design and develop automated processes, workflows, and APIs using Microsoft Power Automate
  • Integrate existing systems with Power Automate to automate processes and workflows
  • Analyse user requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Troubleshoot and debug automated processes and workflows
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of automated processes and workflows
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Power Automate processes and workflows
  • Research and recommend modern technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of automated processes and workflows
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure compatibility and interoperability of automated processes and workflows

Mandatory Skills

  • Firsthand experience with Power Automate development at an advanced level
  • Problem solving ability and ability to prioritise workloads
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills and an initiative-taking communication approach
  • Ability to Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams
  • Able to breakdown complex problems into smaller parts to identify patterns and trends.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging Skills
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and C#. Critical thinking skills, knowledge of data structures, and the ability to work well with others are essential for this role.
