The Role

We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Scaffolding Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our scaffolding products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential and commercial sectors
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, gaining a deep understanding of their scaffolding needs
  • Present and demonstrate scaffolding solutions to prospective clients
  • Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet or exceed targets
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within scaffolding, construction, or a related industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach
  • Ability to generate leads and build a sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently to achieve goals
  • Knowledge of scaffolding systems or the broader construction industry (preferred, not essential)
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
