About the role

We are seeking an experienced Casual Car Detailer to join our team at Automotive Detailing Solutions. You will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality Decal Removal services at our clients site located Milperra, Sydney, NSW.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform comprehensive decal removal services to the highest standards
  • Use a range of specialised detailing equipment and products to achieve exceptional results
  • Inspect vehicles and identify any issues or areas requiring additional attention
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
  • Train and mentor any additional staff to ensure consistent quality
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience (3+ years) as a professional car detailer in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding detailing results and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of precision
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Commitment to safety and a willingness to follow all company policies and procedures
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
