We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Apprentice Electrician to join our growing team specialising in solar systems, battery storage, and renewable energy solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain on-the-job experience while working towards your electrical qualification in a rapidly evolving industry.

As an apprentice, you'll work alongside licensed electricians and technicians on residential and commercial projects, assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar power and battery systems.

You will be expected to work on the roofs of houses. If you haven't done a working at heights course already, we will arrange one for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation of solar PV panels, inverters, and battery storage systems.
  • Support wiring, conduit installation, and general electrical work under supervision.
  • Learn to read and interpret electrical plans, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical standards, safety protocols, and company procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Attend and complete required off-the-job training (TAFE or RTO).
  • Follow directions from qualified electricians and supervisors.

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
