Carpentry Apprentice (2nd, 3rd, or 4th Year) – Sydney

We're looking for a reliable, switched-on carpentry apprentice to join our team at New South Construction Group, a licensed Sydney-based building company specialising in carpentry, renovations, and new builds.

About the Role:

You'll assist with all aspects of carpentry and general construction — from framing, cladding, and decking to detailed fit-outs and renovations. You'll work directly under a licensed builder and gain hands-on experience across a range of residential and commercial projects around Sydney.

We're also open to licensed plumbers or electricians who are looking to gain experience towards their builder's licence. We're expanding and looking for reliable in-house trades to join our growing team.

What You'll Need:

  • Current driver's licence and your own transport
  • Your own basic tools
  • At least a 2nd-year apprentice (3rd or 4th year preferred) or a licensed plumber/electrician
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Able to work unsupervised when required
  • Willingness to undergo a 3–6 month probation period to assess suitability
