Front Office Duty Manager

The Front Office Duty Manager plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless hotel experience.

About the Role:

  • This position requires the ability to work closely with the Front Office Manager to implement and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Key responsibilities include working various shifts, including evenings and weekends, and providing five-star customer service in a busy working environment.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with guests, management, and team members.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting in the management of all departments while on shift, maintaining excellent personal presentation, and monitoring hotel presentation and staff grooming.
  • Teamwork is highly valued in this role, as is being proactive and anticipatory in meeting guest needs.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • A strong background in hotel management, preferably in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star environment.
  • Experience using Opera PMS and a proven track record in front desk and reservation operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously are essential for success in this role.
