Duty Management Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Assist in the management of all departments while on shift
- Monitor hotel presentation and staff grooming while on duty
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive solutions
- Experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star environment
- Strong background in hotel management, with exposure to reservations, accounts, complaint handling, and problem-solving
- Proven experience using Opera PMS
- Background in front desk and reservation operations
