You will oversee the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality anaesthetic care to patients, driving operational excellence and clinical best practice.Your role will include working collaboratively with medical personnel, anaesthetists, surgeons, theatre management, and multidisciplinary teams to optimise theatre efficiency, equipment management, and workforce planning. You will manage a skilled and dedicated team, focusing on workforce development, quality improvement, and strategic enhancements within the Anaesthetics service.A key aspect of this position is your leadership in supporting clinical perfusion and blood management services, including management responsibility for the Blood Management Standard.
