About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing the organisation's sales and marketing functions, with a focus on driving revenue growth, maximising brand visibility, and enhancing customer loyalty. This role plays a key part in developing and executing strategic initiatives that align with the organisation's long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.


• Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM campaigns.


• Build partnerships with local businesses, event planners, and travel agents.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate clients and group bookings.


• Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness.


• Coordinate promotional events and campaigns in line with brand identity.


• Collaborate with operations and guest services teams to ensure brand consistency.

About You


• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.


• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Proactive, creative, and commercially minded.


• Strong organisational and project management skills.


• A team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
