As a Senior Hairdresser, you will be advanced in all aspects of colouring, cutting and styling and ensuring all your work is in line with the EdwardsAndCo brand.

THE DAY TO DAY

  • Providing an amazing client experience – asking questions to determine needs and wants and making tailored recommendations
  • Designing and performing creative haircuts
  • Creating future proof colours for clients through foiling, highlighting, tinting, freehand, etc
  • Styling hair – blow drying, straightening, curling, up-dos, etc
  • Consulting on, selecting and applying hair extensions
  • Use product and technical knowledge to make recommendations to clients for purchase
  • Building strong relationships with clientele to increase rebooking opportunities
  • Using Instagram to showcase work, maximising both personal and broader brand profile
  • Coaching, supporting and educating emerging stylists (apprentices)
  • Assisting with and participating in EdwardsAndCo Education initiatives as required
  • Living and breathing the EdwardsAndCo Bond Builder

A BIT ABOUT YOU

  • Certificate III in Hairdressing (or international equivalent)
  • 1-2 year experience in a similar role
  • Meet weekly services target
  • Meet weekly retail (product) target
  • Meet weekly rebooking target
  • Delivering a minimum of 2 Instagram posts per week
