Job Details

Join a Federal Government department as a Systems Administrator to support their critical ICT operations and grow your career in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilites

  • Level 1 (Basic) support for all the department's products.
  • Level 2 (Troubleshooting) support for all the department's products.
  • Logging or assisting with the logging of support requests.
  • Maintain & administer DCR and SDTE infrastructure and endpoints.
  • Auditing and asset management of  the department's owned materiel, at unit locations.
  • Coordination and assistance with  the department's products' upgrades/updates/maintenance.
  • Contribute/participate in  the department's product test and evaluation activities.
  • Participate in support request triage.
  • Conduct product maintenance in accordance with the the department's Maintenance Management System.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT Administration
  • Experience with Physical and Virtual network devices
  • Prior experience in IT cross-functional or project teams
  • Prior experience working on ADF systems and networks
  • Must hold an NV2 security clearance

Desirable

  • Experience with Powershell
  • Experience in and understanding of cyber security

**Due to the nature of the role the candidate must be an Australian Citizen with an NV2 security clearance.
