The Role

Reporting to the NT Branch Manager and based in Winnellie, Darwin, the Project Manager will oversee medium to large-scale Construction and Service projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. The role is key to maximising profitability, optimising resource use, and providing certainty and confidence to our customers.

Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Deliver construction and service projects on time, within scope and budget
  • Oversee site operations and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Manage financials including variations, cash flow, and progress reporting
  • Work closely with the estimating & delivery teams
  • Assist the Construction Manager with reporting on the construction programs
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Lead, coach, and support team development and a positive culture
