What this opportunity involves

As a Project Manager within our PDS business line, you will be responsible for managing all phases of a project from initiation to handover and closure. We encourage indigenous Australians to apply, and previous experience working in indigenous communities would be an advantage.

You will coordinate your critical thinking and leadership skills to maximize contributions from all project participants, aiming for optimal outcomes for stakeholders.

An Overview of the role

JLL is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a client site role in the tourism industry, with experience in areas such as:

  • Procurement
  • Commercial Agreements
  • Process analysis and drafting
  • Template drafting in Word and Excel
  • Compliance management
  • Project Management
  • Register administration
Duties & Responsibilities

You will be expected to independently contribute to tasks, demonstrating high familiarity with the subject matter and producing deliverables with minimal guidance. You will oversee deliverables produced by Project Coordinators and Assistant Project Managers, managing between 5-8 projects at various stages.

The role involves managing all project phases, from initiation to closure, encouraging team contributions, and maximizing stakeholder outcomes.

Key Skills
  • Confidently manage project delivery from inception to closure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and project cost reporting systems
  • Understanding of the legal environment related to project planning, commercial aspects, and delivery constraints
Qualifications

A degree in a relevant Project or Construction Management discipline, or related field, with six (6) years of experience, or a combination of education and over ten (10) years of experience, including at least four (4) years related to design, construction, or project management.

Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this position.
