The Opportunity
As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of circa existing commercial / mid market clients. Your role is to
strengthen relationships, understand customer needs, and drive revenue growth
through upsell, cross-sell and long-term strategic partnership.
You'll work across multiple stakeholders, influence at both operational and executive levels, and bring insights back into the business to help shape product strategy and innovation.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key enterprise accounts
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities within existing clients
- Lead strategic engagements and manage the full sales cycle
- Build compelling value propositions across a portfolio of digital identity solutions
- Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to deliver client outcomes
- Share customer and industry insights to inform product roadmap
- Drive revenue and margin growth within your portfolio
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years Tech/SaaS sales experience, working for a recognised vendor in the world of data, security or GRC
- Proven experience managing and growing a large portfolio of existing customer accounts
- Ability to understand client challenges and propose the right solution
- Strong commercial acumen and track record of delivering strong revenue results
- Comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels (operational to C-suite)
- Ability to simplify complex solutions into clear value-based conversations
- Proactive, relationship-led sales approach
- Curiosity, energy and drive to succeed
